Michael works with clients from new venture start-ups, through to large private companies and wealthy family groups, and comprehensively advises on business structuring & restructuring, business improvement strategies, effective taxation planning, as well as acquisitions and sales.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys following Rugby League, Cricket and any other sports in between, enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling when time permits, and throws a club or two around a golf course every now and then.
