With extensive experience in public practice, Elena partners closely with small to medium-sized enterprises to deliver strategic financial guidance, operational clarity, and long-term growth planning. Her approach is hands-on and client-centric—working directly with business owners to simplify complex financial decisions, improve cash flow visibility, and implement scalable systems that support sustainable success.
