If you could only watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Bridesmaids.

Who is your inspiration?

My Dad.

He emigrated from Sicily at six years old not knowing a word of English. After graduating from Melbourne Institute of Technology, he went on to work for Qantas as a flight engineer. I admire him for his persistence and determination to follow his passion, no matter how difficult it was for him growing up as a migrant in the 50s and 60s. He showed me that if you really put your mind to it and give 100%, you can achieve anything in life.

What song never fails to make you sing your heart out in the car?

Anything ABBA, INXS or any music from the 70s to 90s, always gets me singing.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Favourite part of my job is helping clients and others when needed. I have always loved organising HK events over the years and seeing it come together for everyone to enjoy.

Who is your favourite author/book?

Stephen King or Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl).

What did you want to be when you were 6?

A Flight Attendant, being paid to travel the world seemed like a great job to have.

What’s been your best memory at HK?

Our team building long weekend at Cairns. It was great socialising with staff outside of work and seeing everyone out of their comfort zone when we did white water rafting. The entire trip was so much fun and have always been appreciative of HK’s generosity towards their staff.

Freaky Friday: If you could switch bodies for a week with anyone in the world, who would it be?

David Attenborough. He has had an amazing life travelling the world, observing the animal kingdom and showing the world the planet through his eyes. It would be very rewarding making documentaries and also help spread the word on saving the planet.

Do you have a hidden talent?

No.
